I am a wife and mother of three little girls. I volunteer with 'ShineGirl', which is a self-development progamme delivered in 3 intermediate schools in our community. Due to popular demand, there is also an evening session too. The girls become more confident and dream big for their futures. A whole generation of girls are believing they have worth,strength and purpose. We also run weekly cell group for Christian women, to equip and train them. We are setting up 'ShineWoman' to empower our women in Wanganui. Therefore, all generations will be built up and encouraged. I believe our future is brighter if our girls and women are released to believe in themselves and grow in their skills and talents. I want to walk for freedom for girls and women in our local community, to inspire them to challenge themselves and try new things.
