Hi everyone, human trafficking is a massive problem in the world today and more awareness needs to be raised and action taken to eradicate the trade and to support the millions that are exploited and suffer as slaves. This freedom climb gives me the opportunity to do a little bit to support this worthy cause

My name is Annie and I am climbing Cathedral Rock to raise awareness about human trafficking and exploitation. Although slavery is real in our world, every person is too valuable to be trapped this way. Thank you for your support in making a difference in the lives of the oppressed.

Thank you for the support. The climb shouldn't be too tough, but it is a small symbol of the struggle of those who are stuck in the abhorrent global slave and human-trafficking trade, and are unable to 'climb' out of it'. Please join me in raising support and awareness of the need to end this industry for good. For the good of those stuck in this horrible situation. For the good of society and humanity. And ultimately for God's glory.

Bek and I will be climbing Cathedral Rock near Armidale on the 30th of August to raise awareness and aid for the 27 Million plus people inhumanly trafficked and enslaved around the world. God's character shown in the bible and his overpowering influence in our own lives has led us to advocate for these oppressed people.

I hope that these women/girl’s lives be freed from people who make their lives hell, by forcing them to participate in sexual activities against their wills.

I had never really heard about the global sex trade and trafficking situation before I went to a talk that Kate Rodwell gave in Armidale a few months ago. I was so surprised at how well western media society had swept the the notion of slavery under the carpet of lust and greed. Even though as a uni student I can't do much to help I can at least do the Freedom Climb to show that I care and to say that I for one stand against this profoundly dishonourable industry.

Hello, I am participating in the freedom climb to help raise awareness about human trafficking, and to try to give something back. I believe the public needs to be better educated in issues of this nature. I am also of course participating for the opportunity of sightseeing in the glorious region of New England, and the opportunity to meet new people.

My name is Kate and I am excited to be a part of Freedom Climb. I am married to Jonathan and we have 3 grown sons and a beautiful daughter-in-law. I love being a part of something that will impact the lives of those caught in slavery, exploitation and trafficking. I am climbing Cathedral Rock on August 30th, and I invite you to sponsor me.
